At everydaymens.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy returns process to ensure you can exchange or return items hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Returned within 28 days of the delivery date
Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and promotional policies.
How to Return an Item
- Log into your everydaymens.com account and access your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions to generate a return request.
- Carefully package the item(s) and include any original tags or packaging.
- Use the provided shipping label to send your return to our designated returns center.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please submit a return request and indicate the item you wish to receive as a replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the replacement item differs in price.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will only be processed for items returned in accordance with our return policy. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is a result of a faulty or incorrect item sent by everydaymens.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a return request through your everydaymens.com account within 28 days of delivery. Include details of the issue and any supporting images. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging a replacement or refund.
Return Restrictions
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift card purchases
All returned items must meet the conditions outlined above to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Tracking Your Return
Once your return is shipped, you can track the progress using the provided tracking number. Please allow adequate time for transit and processing at our returns center.
